These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph365org ("ph365org," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph365org website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph365org Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph365org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ph365org Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. ph365org makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all jurisdictions.

To access the full features of the ph365org Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph365org account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph365org reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph365org immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph365org shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ph365org account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• ph365org reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion.

ph365org may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

ph365org accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Philippine players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph365org reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph365org aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification procedures. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ph365org account.

ph365org reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated, ph365org reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of any amounts owed through all available legal means.

ph365org offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• ph365org reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• ph365org reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

ph365org's determination of whether a player has met the applicable wagering requirements or has engaged in bonus abuse shall be final and binding.

All games available on the ph365org Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph365org uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ph365org reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. ph365org shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph365org Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest play.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or reversing deposits after using the funds for gameplay.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph365org staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

ph365org employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph365org.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365org, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph365org's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365org account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph365org reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

You may close your ph365org account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph365org operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

ph365org reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
