In general, ph365org retains account-related personal information for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming regulatory requirements. Transaction records may be retained for longer periods where required by law.

Where personal information is no longer required for any lawful purpose, ph365org will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data retention procedures.
